The Lutheran Home is in mid town Omaha, amidst many revitalization projects.  The most prominent project near Mutual of Omaha where there is new shopping, condominiums and entertainment. This is a flourishing and exciting time for Omaha and us.

The Vision to open a home for the elderly became a reality in May of 1931. From this humble beginning, through over 70 years of growth and development, The Lutheran Home has become what it is today, “Excellence in Christian Caring”

For more than 80 years, the goal of The Lutheran Home has remained the same – to provide the best possible care within a positive living environment. We are committed to serving the personal, spiritual, and social needs of our residents. Our facility serves residents in secure, Christian surroundings.

In 2014, The Lutheran Home has become solely Assisted Living and welcomes all levels of care and pay sources.

The Lutheran Home offers everything you could want in Assisted Living and a whole lot more. You can experience the warmth and genuine love that marks our staff as professional people committed to excellence in Christian Caring for seniors.
